I admit, I'm such a baby in the dentist chair. However, he made me feel extremely comfortable. I can't give enough praise. Additionally, he was informing me of his every move. Lilit Balayan, DMD - She was the first of the doctors I saw. A good energy and caring attitude made it obvious I had made the right choice. She was thorough with her explainations and recommendations. It was a learning experience and she felt familiar, like a friend. She made it much easier to absorb these high tech fees that come with all the new technology. The office is clean, and informative posters clearly teach you what you should know when it comes to basic oral care. The extras included waiting room beverages, and my favorite - a blanket to keep me cozy and warm from room to room. I cannot end without mentioning the following staff, who were definitely a huge part of the overall experience: Yessica - Assistant; Mindy - In training; and Michelle who was so detailed with assuring my temporary crown was perfect.
